Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email info@mike-us.com with your order number. Ship returns to:

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization won’t be accepted.

Damages & issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mike-us.com so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food such as Dulce de Leche)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale/clearance items

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If 30 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, email info@mike-us.com.
